Another year comes to the end and it’s time to review past accomplishments and set goals for the new year. Here’s a list of what happened to YowTRIP in 2008!

January

YowTRIP becomes a word on Google (They no longer ask: “Did you mean view trip?”)

YowTRIP mentioned on the Travel section of the Sacramento Bee and El Pais (Spain). Also appeared on TV in Spain. (Muchas gracias, Espana!)

February

YowTRIP demo’ed for 300+ at the SF NewTech in San Francisco and for 300+ at the Boulder NewTech in Colorado.

March

YowTRIP launches travel widgets for blogs/websites.

April

YowTRIP moves to the startup town of Boulder, Colorado.

YowTRIP is mentioned at TechCrunch and reviewed by Mashable.

May

YowTRIP partners with AdventureCentral to provide adventure packages to its members.

June

YowTRIP was featured in a couple of articles by Guardian.UK.

September

YowTRIP moves again. We’re now based in Montreal, Canada.

October

November

Finishing up the development for launch early in 2009. Very exciting moment! We’re looking forward to a great 2009. We wish you all the best next year!
